Refunds & Returns
- We do not accept refunds or returns for any orders once they have been delivered.
- All sales are final.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Exchanges are only available for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at hello@kietla.sg or Whatsapp us at 98383063 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the size/colour you wish to exchange for.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item for exchange.
